Spending more time at home!

Over the past few months most of us have spent a lot more time in our home. We are working from home, schooling our children at home and entertaining ourselves at home. Many clients I am meeting with have realized that they need home improvement during this home time. I am discussing the same projects with many homeowners!.

Basements - the need for more space, a place where the kids (or parents) can retreat and relax with a large recreational area or perhaps a family gathering room for movies and games. The bottom line is when we are all living in our homes together we see the need for more living space much more clearly.

Home Office - Obviously this is a request for many of us. We need a space where we can close the door and be able to privately conduct phone and Zoom calls, as well as put in the time needed without interruption to continue to maintain our clients.

Kitchen - The kitchen has always been the area families spend most of their together time in. Being all together, all the time, has highlighted all of the things that no longer work so well in our kitchens. We all want a space that is inviting, but still allows the chef in the house plenty of room to prepare the days meals!
